Welcome packs:  Why not make your property as inviting as possible, leave your guests a welcome pack.  This can include anything you wish - maybe some fresh water, milk & bread, even some fresh flowers?  Just let us know and we will arrange it. A standard welcome pack can be arranged. Standard welcome pack offers Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, Fruit, juice, Bread, white cheese, Butter ,4 Large Beer, 1 Bottle of wine, drinking water, Crisp, and Toilet Papers. Prices: 12GBP to 15GBP

Personal Shopping/Luxury Packs: Champagne, luxury packs and a personal shopping can be arranged for special occasions such as dinner parties, birthday & anniversaries. Price on application.

Maid Service: we can provide maid service to your guest’s middle of the week or any time they request. Average price for maid service is 25GBP. please asks for more information.

Window cleaning:  we have professional team of windows cleaning. We can clean all windows, shutters & doors inside and out.

Rent a car: we work with a well-known car rental company. This means that you can rent a car without worrying. There are different types of cars and prices. It depends type of a car and low or high season price. We can arrange for you five to seven seats cars. Please contact us for inquire.

Pool maintenance: we can provide complete pool maintenance for your private or communal pool.  We will visit your pool twice a week to test the pH and Chlorine, clean filters and strainers, vacuum pool and check the water level swimming Pool maintenance price depends on size of the pool. Maintenance of communal areas: We can also take care of the complex's communal areas.  If your committee is looking for a reliable, professional & friendly service to clean and maintain all the communal hallways/stairs, pool area, pool shower/toilets let us know - we are happy to look after all your property needs.

Gardening: we have a professional team of gardeners. All aspects of gardening can be undertaken from watering plants to mowing the lawn or planting flowerbeds.  Just let us know your requirements. According to the size of garden we can arrange Gardner every day or weekly or even few hours to look after of your garden. Average daily wages are about 25GBP for eight hours. Laundry service:  All bed linen & towels will be washed, dried, ironed and returned to your property. Average 20 YTL per Load.

Digital photography Whilst in the UK you can keep up to date with how your development is coming along.  We can take some digital photographs and email them to you so you can see it evolving over the weeks/months.

24/7 call out:  We provide a point of our contact for your guests.  If they experience any problems with the property of require assistance whilst in North Cyprus we are here to help.  Just give us a call day or night!
