Holiday Lets – Arrivals

• Liaise with owner and keep diary
• Arrivals/departures flight time
• Arrange Airport Transport
• Arrange cleaning of property
• Prepare bedrooms and bathrooms with necessary linen and towels
• Check all equipment/lights/air-conditioning/TV/Gas are in working order
• Prepare welcome pack,
• Check water supply and plumbing
• Arrange car hire
• Delivery of property keys to holidaymaker
• Meet & greet guests
• Provide holiday information
  

Holiday Lets – Departures

• Arrange cleaning of entire property
• Switch off electric/gas, checking all items are still in working order
• Report if any breakages/damage or missing items
• Removal of all bed sheets and towels etc
• Removal of all perishable items and cleaning of fridge
• Arrange cleaning of all bedding and towels etc, and returning to the property
• Leave the property ready for next guests
• Lock all the doors and windows
